How to order
I am aware that all orders and requirements are different so please feel free to contact me if you are interested in purchasing any of my tiara’s or are interested in having a tiara designed for you.

Satisfaction Guarantee
I understand how important being happy with your purchase is. If you are not satisfied with your tiara you can return it, in the original box, within 7 days of receipt (as long as it is before your already stated wedding date) at your own cost for a full refund.
Tiaras and other items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty on receipt, this includes wedding stationery that has already been agreed and proof signed.
Handbags, Jewellery and Hair Accessories can be returned at your own cost for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied.
Despatch
I aim to despatch tiara orders within 4 – 6 weeks from receipt of payment and signed order form. I will notify you immediately if this timeline cannot be met.
Prior arrangement is required for custom express orders. I will aim to do this free of charge, but it may incur an additional charge of up to 15% depending on how busy I am with other orders.
All other items I aim to despatch witinin 7-10 days of receipt of payment. I will notify you immediately if this timeline cannot be met. Please contact me if you required your item sooner than this and I will let you know if this is possible, due to stock levels etc.
Postage
Tiaras
There is a standard cost of £4.50 per delivery on a single wedding tiara, each additional tiara in the same shipment will be charged at £2.00 each. All tiaras are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Handbags
The standard postage rate for a single handbag is £4.50 via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please contact us if you require a postage price for more than one item and I will try and keep the postage costs as low as possible.
Hair Accessories
There is a standard cost of £3.50 per delivery on hair accessories sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK on any purchase will be charged on an individual basis.
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to factors outside our control i.e. Royal Mail.
Payment
Tiaras
Payment is required in full when placing a tiara order, along with a completed and signed order form.
Full Terms and Conditions can be found attached to the Tiara Order Form.
Handbags, Hair Accessories & Jewellery
Payment is required in full before items will be despatched.
